By downloading or using Axamoon, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app or portal.

1. Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance UGC Policy

You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, threatening, or infringes upon any intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Strict Zero-Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users: In accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines, Axamoon enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for unlawful material, explicit imagery, or harassment. Any user found uploading objectionable material or engaging in abusive behavior will have their content permanently purged, their access immediately terminated, and their account banned without refund.

Users can flag and report objectionable photos directly in the iOS app via the "Report Photo" menu or block abusive contributors via "Block Contributor". Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

2. Subscriptions & Special Event Passes

Purchases made through Apple App Store In-App Purchases (Axamoon Lite, Pro, and Special Event Passes) are managed under standard Apple Developer Terms and StoreKit 2 guidelines.

3. Limitation of Liability

Axamoon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Axamoon shall not be liable for data loss resulting from lost device keychain private keys.

4. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
