By downloading or using Axamoon, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app or portal.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or violates applicable law. Although Axamoon uses zero-knowledge encryption and cannot inspect user data, users remain responsible for maintaining compliance with law.

2. Subscriptions & Special Event Passes

Purchases made through Apple App Store In-App Purchases (Axamoon Lite, Pro, and Special Event Passes) are managed under standard Apple Developer Terms and StoreKit 2 guidelines.

3. Limitation of Liability

Axamoon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Axamoon shall not be liable for data loss resulting from lost device keychain private keys.
